The truth is, personal and professional growth is a gradual and ongoing process that requires time, patience, and perseverance…

What has made a huge difference for me that has reduced my anxiety and overwhelm is to do what I do at mini golf, although I want to hit a hole-in-one, I place all of my energy and focus on my swing instead of the attachment on the outcome…
