Me: so Nancy is going to be $5,000 for the website.

Nancy: Oh wow, that’s much more than I anticipated for a website.

Me: oh.. no worries, let’s make it work. How much were you thinking?

Nancy: Around $1,000 – $1,500

Me: oh ok… I guess we can make it work…

Nancy: ok, I’ll pay you half now and a half when it is done…

Me: 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This happened to me many times…

I kept working with clients that didn’t “value my work.”

At least, that’s what I would tell myself…

I quickly realized I had a victim mentality, and instead of taking responsibility, I blamed my prospects…

The truth is, I only knew how to design pretty WordPress websites…

That’s all…

And was doing the same work everyone else was offering…

I didn’t possess the skills to get the results my clients wanted.

They don’t just want a pretty website; of course, they want to look good…

But what they really want is to get more clients…

Currently, I don’t sell anything less than $10,000 websites…

I can do this because I know how to deliver results…

If you want to charge more than what you are currently charging…

Consider you have to get better at your craft…

The question should not be whether you are good at making websites or not…

It’s not binary…

But rather how good are you…

How good are you at delivering actual results?

I am launching the newest version of my mentorship program 30 Day Web Consultant 2.0, where I teach web designers how to charge 10k per website and get clients consistently.
